Michelle Asplin
Director & Licensee
Michelle has been owner and Licensee at Crescent Conveyancers since 2012, after working in a law firm. Michelle completed her Dip. Financial Services in conveyancing in 2011 and obtained her license in 2012. Michelle is a member of the AICWA, a Certified Practicing Conveyancer (CPC) and is a National Accredited Electronic Conveyancer “PEXA Certified”.
Michelle has extensive knowledge of “everything conveyancing” and keeps up to date with the changes, regulations and legislation within the Real Estate industry, as well as keeping her fingers on the pulse of the WA property market.
Michelle attends regular seminars and continues to further her education in the industry through the “CPC” and Compulsory Professional Development. Michelle is dedicated to assisting her clients through the complex settlement process to ensure property transactions are completed on time, with minimal stress.

Kerrie Lawler
Licensed Settlement Agent
Kerrie started at Crescents in 2006 as a Receptionist and in 2010 completed her Dip. Financial Services in Conveyancing and obtained her Settlement Agent License in June 2011.
Kerrie is a long-standing member of the AICWA and has recently become a PEXA member as well as attaining her Certified Practising Conveyancer (CPC) accreditation. Kerrie keeps up to date with the industry changes and conveys these to her fellow colleagues at Crescents. Kerrie strives to provide a high level of customer service to all her clients with the utmost attention to detail. Kerrie enjoys the challenges of settlements and has great satisfaction in assisting clients with their valued property transactions.

Carolyn Mitchell
Office Manager
Carolyn joined Crescents in 1987 from a career in the Real Estate industry. Her continued service over the years has given her the all-round knowledge and experience required to manage a busy settlement office. Carolyn enjoys all accounting aspects of the business and strives to provide a friendly and efficient level of customer service to our valued clientele. It’s Carolyn’s vast local knowledge and attention to detail that makes her an asset to Crescents.
